Challenging Technical Support:
- Dive into maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting software and peripherals.
- Set up and configure hardware components, making sure everything is optimized for performance.
- Efficient Asset Management:

Lead large-scale IMAC events for client printer migrations and PC refreshes, showcasing your organizational skills.
Proactive Ticket Follow-Up:
- Ensure every ticket is followed up with care, providing top-notch support and solutions.
- Comprehensive Server Maintenance
- Assist with server installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
- Perform critical backup, recovery, and security procedures, both planned and during emergencies, ensuring system reliability.
Dynamic Network Support:
- Diagnose and resolve network hardware and performance issues.
- Engage in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical network systems, keeping the network robust and efficient.
- Customer-Focused Interaction:
Provide exceptional technical support to end users in person, building strong relationships and ensuring user satisfaction.
